Editor-In-Chief

Hi everyone! My name is Ina, and I am serving as the editor-in-chief of THIMUN MUNITY 2025. I’m a senior at Seoul Foreign High School and I spend my time diving into journalism, history, and pop culture. I am the editor-in-chief of my school’s news magazine, The Spirit, and the Vice President of the MUN club. I am focusing on reporting on the importance of diplomacy and collaboration in MUNITY this year!

Hello everyone, my name is Ana and I am the Co-Editor-in-Chief of THIMUN MUNITY 2025, and a senior at SHAPE American High School in Belgium. I have been the Editor-in-Chief of my school’s newspaper “The Spartan International” for two years, and this is my second time participating in THIMUN as a member of the MUNITY Press Team. I am very proud of the work we have been doing, and I admire everybody on the team for being so dedicated, motivated, and productive.

Hello! I’m Allegra, a junior at the International School Basel. I am Italian, but I have lived in Lausanne and Basel in Switzerland since the start of my middle school education. I am the Head of Press of the International School Basel this year, and I am excited about participating as a reporter for the MUNITY press team. I am passionate about science, reading, and I love attending MUN conferences within my school. Since it is my first time attending, I am excited to show my enthusiasm for the conference through my work in MUNITY, and to explore a city I have never visited before!

Hi, I’m Anna, a senior at the Lycée Français Vincent van Gogh in The Hague. I am French, and a reporter for this year’s MUNITY press team. I love photography, travelling, and want to become a journalist. I was part of MUNITY last year as a photographer, and I am excited to be meeting and working with the new THIMUN delegates this year!

Hi! My name is Anna Plunkett and I am a sixth year student in St Andrews College in Dublin, Ireland. I love to play sports such as swimming and athletics and am on my school’s senior cup rugby team. I also love to go on walks with my dog Barney. This will be my second year on the THIMUN press team and I’m very happy to be back!

I’m Azadeh Changrani-Rastogi, an 11th grader from Dhirubhai Ambani International school in Mumbai. I’m extremely passionate about art, and when I’m not drawing, painting, or making sculptures, I love to listen to music and spend time with animals. I’ve enjoyed working for the Daily MUNtra, Dhirubhai Ambani International School’s MUN newsletter, as an illustrator and the deputy head of illustration, and I’m excited to now be an illustrator for MUNITY this year.

Hey. I’m Ethan, a year 4 at ACS (International) in Singapore with a strong passion for music, motorsports, journalism and politics (sometimes all at the same time). I have written for my school’s yearbook and for the CCA run publication the Envoy magazine, on top of being an avid guitar player. I’m overjoyed at the opportunity to be a part of MUNITY at this year’s conference, and hope to build long lasting memories with my fellow members of MUNITY.

Hello, my name is Jessica. I’m a Junior at Frankfurt International School. I’m an Italian-American and this year I am attending THIMUN as a member of the MUNITY 2025 team in the position of design editor. I am immensely interested in marketing, basketball, and music of all kinds. I’m a reporter at my school’s newspaper, a designer of team wear for my varsity basketball team, and I am working with other professional marketers. I am tremendously excited to be attending this year’s conference and document it to the best of my ability.

Hi, my name is Jina, and I’m a sophomore at Seoul Foreign High School. I love blending my passion for climate activism, economics, and journalism throughout reporting for The Spirit, our school’s newsmagazine, leading our SFSMUN Club, and directing writers for Greener is Cleaner, a 16K+ impact climate activism organization. After living across three continents, I’m excited to be back in the Netherlands for THIMUN 2025!

Hi! I’m Karolina. I’m a senior at American Community School Athens. I am passionate about musicals (especially Hamilton), music, reading, travel, and international relations. I am from the United States, but have lived internationally much of my life. I am a mentor for my school MUN club and am excited to be a member of MUNITY this year.

Hi! I’m Kiana Sasha Fernandez, studying in Grade 11 at the Dhirubhai Ambani International School in Mumbai, India. Leaving a digital footprint is a paramount concept for me which has led me to working with my school’s social media and communications presence. Apart from my work on the internet, my interests lie in interacting with others and making new friends. I hope to have a great time with MUNITY this year and hope you enjoy all the content!

Hi! My name is Lilly Tourville and I am a junior at John Burroughs High school in the United States (St. Louis, Missouri). I love to play field hockey, read, bake, and do photography. I am a member of my school’s yearbook, The Governor, editor of my school’s sports publication, Beyond the Whistle, and I am the social media director for my school’s service organization. This year I am serving as a MUNITY photographer and I love capturing all the exciting moments of the conference!

Hey, I’m Linus and a junior at SHAPE International School (SIS). I am from Germany but moved a lot and experienced many different communities in and outside of my country. My passions are technology, science, and photography. I’m very curious and love solving problems as well as learning about the world through hands-on projects, like organising a huge Party at SIS.

Hello! My name is Lison Merlino and I am an 11th grader at the International French School of Singapore. I am originally from France but have lived all my teen years in Singapore! I have always been passionate about all types of art, from music to painting to photography. I also like group working because I feel like we are always more creative and productive. This THIMUN is my 3rd MUN conference as a Press Corps, my previous experiences being at SIMUN, and THIMUN Singapore in 2024. I am so excited to work together with the press team and meet you all while taking photos or interview!

Hey! I’m Lucie and I’m an 11th grader at the International French School of Singapore. I’m half British and Chinese and have lived in Asia all my life. I’m excited once more to participate in what is the magic of journalism. Having grown up listening to the BBC with my mum every evening, I find passion in documenting the stories that are unfolding as we speak. I’ve served on a Press Corps team before as Editor in Chief for SIMUN 2024 and I’m very excited to participate and make new connections at THIMUN!

Hi! My name is Paula and I’m a senior at SHAPE American High School, located near Mons, Belgium. During my four years at this school, I spent 2 of them working for the Spartan International School Newspaper and discovered my passion for writing and reporting. After High School, I hope to pursue a career in journalism in my home country Austria. I attended last year’s THIMUN conference as a reporter for the MUNITY press, and am holding the same position this year.

Hi! I’m Shrika, a senior at Leysin American School in Switzerland. I’m extremely excited to be attending THIMUN 2025 as part of MUNITY, serving in the role of editorial design! Outside of my editorial pursuits, I’ve developed a deep passion for the arts and performing arts, and lately, been captivated by Formula 1. With prior experience within press teams and editing newsletters, I’m eager to contribute my skills to ensure this becomes a memorable and enriching experience for everyone involved.
